You will be involved in drilling operations at geothermal power plant construction sites, including:
[Responsibilities:]
◇ Pre-drilling tasks (rig transport/assembly)
◇ Drilling steam wells using various equipment
◇ Managing drilling processes via control panels
◇ Assembling/disassembling drilling units and selecting appropriate tools
◇ Post-drilling work (rig disassembly/removal)
[Qualifications:]
〇 Minimum 10 years of related work experience
〇 Experience in drilling geothermal wells (mandatory), or oil/gas wells
〇 English proficiency (business level)
〇 In-depth knowledge of:
Drilling rig designs and operational principles
Drilling tools and equipment types
Drilling process and technical risk management
Rock classification and drilling suitability
Preferred:
〇 Japanese language proficiency
〇 Certification(s) related to drilling operations
〇 Experience with both onshore and geothermal-specific drilling technologies
Experienced and qualified people welcome
Estimated annual salary: Up to ¥8,000,000
