[Responsibilities:]
Design of automotive interior parts (e.g., shift levers, switches)
2D and 3D modeling using CATIA V5
Drafting and adjusting related drawings
Collaboration with related departments
[Qualifications:]
〇 1+ year of hands-on experience with CATIA V5
〇 Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (daily conversation level)
〇 Experience with automotive interior design
〇 English proficiency (TOEIC 500+ is a plus)
〇 Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering
〇 Experience with analysis tools
〇 Strong communication skills

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥7,000,000
Approx. 160 working hours/month
Previous salary guaranteed (based on experience and ability)
3 months (no change in conditions)

Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7 hrs 50 min work / 1 hr 10 min break)
Hours may vary depending on project.
