As a Construction Management Professional, you will oversee schedules, safety, and quality at construction sites, while coordinating with staff, subcontractors, and clients.
[Responsibilities:]
Schedule management of construction projects
Ensuring safety and quality on-site
Meetings and instructions with workers & subcontractors
Ordering materials, coordinating work processes
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and aligning with related departments
Communication with clients and designers
Cost and progress management (budget, materials, work schedule)
Preparing and reporting work progress records

Building Director / Construction Management
¥3,500,000 – ¥6,000,000 annually (¥250,000 – ¥450,000 monthly)
Initial training program (no experience required)
08:00–17:30 (1h lunch break)
Overtime: Included in standard monthly hours (~190h/month)
Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays off)
Sunday, alternate Saturdays, national holidays, summer, year-end, 5-day special leave
Annual Leave: Based on company calendar (approx. 110–115 days)
