Job content

We will entrust you with construction management (quality, process, safety, and cost management) for road construction such as road paving, new construction, burying water and sewage pipes, and undergrounding electric wires.

・Survey plan
・Safety and quality control on the day
・Create a process chart
・ Arrangement of on-site staff
・Management of construction costs (material purchase, labor costs, etc.), invoice processing
・Work meeting
・Drawing creation ・Chart calculation

Salary

Annual salary 4,000,000 yen – 9,000,000 yen

Annual income 4 million to 9 million yen

Trial/Training

Trial period available (3 months)
Employment conditions are the same as at the time of regular employment

Qualification requirements

◆ 25-45 years old
◆ Desired experience

· Qualified as a 1st or 2nd class civil engineering construction management engineer
・ Ordinary car driver’s license

・Experience in water supply and sewerage construction
・Experience in electric utility utility tunnel construction
・Qualification of chief engineer for water supply equipment construction

Working hours

08:00-17:00
* Night work is available depending on the work site
