About your work

Job content

You will be responsible for developing and managing corporate relationships to expand hiring opportunities for bilingual and international candidates.

[Responsibilities:]

  • Research industries with labor shortages and identify companies interested in hiring global talent

  • Conduct outbound sales (mainly via telephone)

  • Present recruitment solutions to corporate clients

  • Interview candidates, introduce them to companies, and manage the matching process

  • Create and implement original sales strategies

  • Prepare job descriptions and postings

〇 No academic requirements

〇 Strong results-driven mindset

〇 Excellent communication skills

〇 Passion to support foreign professionals in Japan

〇 Mental resilience (comfortable with ~4 hours of daily phone sales and handling rejections)

Preferred:

〇 B2B sales experience in recruitment/human resources

Salary

  • ¥250,000–¥400,000/month (depending on experience and skills)

  • Incentives: Performance-based commission system

Probation Period

3 months (no change in conditions)

Tokyo

Qualification requirements

[Required] Those who meet the following criteria.
〇 No academic requirements

〇 Strong results-driven mindset

〇 Excellent communication skills

〇 Passion to support foreign professionals in Japan

〇 Mental resilience (comfortable with ~4 hours of daily phone sales and handling rejections)

Working hours

  • 9:00–18:00 (1h break), flextime available

  • Overtime: None (average 163 hours/month)

Working days

  • Monday to Friday

Days off

Complete 2-day weekend (Sat & Sun), National holidays, Paid leave (10 days after 6 months), Summer/Winter leave, Family, childcare, and nursing care leave
