[Responsibilities:]
Front desk operations (check-in, check-out, bell services)
Reservation management and guest service coordination
Responding to guest inquiries (email, phone, in-person) and handling complaints
Payment and billing checks
Supervising and supporting staff operations (for managerial roles)
Other hotel operations as required
[Qualifications:]
〇 Japanese language ability JLPT N2 or higher
〇 English communication skills
〇 Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude
〇 Previous hotel or service industry experience
〇 Leadership or managerial experience

Overtime: Average less than 20 hours per month
