About your work

Job content

You will provide exceptional hospitality services at our members-only hotel in Yokohama, ensuring top-quality guest experiences.

[Responsibilities:]

  • Front desk operations (check-in, check-out, bell services)

  • Reservation management and guest service coordination

  • Responding to guest inquiries (email, phone, in-person) and handling complaints

  • Payment and billing checks

  • Supervising and supporting staff operations (for managerial roles)

  • Other hotel operations as required

[Qualifications:]

Required:

〇 Japanese language ability JLPT N2 or higher

〇 English communication skills

〇 Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred:

〇 Previous hotel or service industry experience

〇 Leadership or managerial experience

Qualification requirements

[Required] Those who meet the following criteria.
〇 Japanese language ability JLPT N2 or higher

〇 English communication skills

〇 Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude

Working hours

Shift-based (annual working hours: 1,920)

Example shifts: 8:00–17:00 / 13:00–22:00 / 16:00–10:00 (next day)
Overtime: Average less than 20 hours per month

Days off

  • Annual holidays: 120 days (8–12 days/month, shift system)
