Job content

Our recruiting business is mainly promoting the introduction of foreign human resources who wish to work in Japan.
In particular, we recruit job seekers, organize job seeker information, and translate work, focusing on the requests of companies that employ human resources in the recruitment business.
In recruiting job seekers, we make extensive use of digital media and advertise in media media in multiple languages.
In addition, we will obtain and translate the applicant’s resume, work history, and other information, and organize it so that it can be proposed to Japanese companies.

◇ Post recruitment in multiple languages on digital media along with job information
◇ Obtain the necessary information (resumes, work history, etc.) of applicants, translate and organize information so that we can make proposals
◇ First interview and screening of job seekers (salary, desired job, work place, entry time, visa information, confirmation of language ability, etc.)
◇ Explain the treatment at the time of hiring to job seekers in advance to prevent matting mistakes
◇ Make interview proposals to recruiting companies through sales
◇ Set up and schedule company interviews, and provide interpreting services during interviews
◇ If you are hired, we will follow up with immigration arrangements and flight arrangements, including visa procedures, so that you can work in Japan.

Monthly salary 200,000 yen to 350,000 yen
* Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours per month (additional payment for excess work)

Qualification requirements

◇ Those who have experience in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, digital media (HP and SNS), listing advertisements, etc.
◇ Business level English ability
◇ (Japanese: JLTP N2 or higher)
◇ Experience in web marketing
