In particular, we will develop sales centered on discovering companies recruiting human resources in the recruitment business.
We are looking for people with more than 2 years of experience in the recruitment business.

◇ New development of recruiting companies
◇ Approach to prospective customers
◇ Support existing customers and promote recruitment of new job vacancies
◇ Developing and collaborating with recruiting companies, universities, Japanese language schools, vocational schools, etc.
◇ Conclusion of outsourcing contracts with recruiting companies and long-term recruitment proposals
◇Approaching various events and effective advertising for our company and our affiliated customers

○ Develop new recruiting companies and create job postings
○ Cultivate new companies that match job seekers
○ Develop new job offers from existing customers
○ Develop new universities, Japanese language schools, and vocational schools that can be linked
○ Develop new recruiting companies with which we can form business alliances

Recruitment business (sales representative)


Monthly salary 250,000 yen to 400,000 yen
* Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours per month (additional payment for excess work)
* Monthly income will vary depending on your experience and skills.

Trial period available (3 months)

Qualification requirements

◇ More than 2 years experience in recruiting business
◇ Experience in new business development in corporate sales
◇ Those who can communicate in English at a business level
◇ (Japanese: JLTP N1 or higher)
